Agents In Style does not accept returns on consignment items; exceptions must be pre-authorized. Items from wholesale and local providers are eligible for a 15-day return given the item is returned with tags and has no visible signs of wear.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
We will ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses when possible.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
We send out confirmation and order tracking on the day the order is shipped.
Customs, duties, and taxes:
Agents In Style not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Agents In Style is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
