Domestic Shipping Policy - All orders are processed within 3-5 days, Holiday shipping within 4-6 days. Customers choose regular or expedited shipping at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipment by US mail:

Regular shipping: 3-7 business days $9.50

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 days: 19.95

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

We will ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses when possible.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

We send out confirmation and order tracking on the day the order is shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes:

Agents In Style  not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Agents In Style is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
